We are delighted to share the success story of the event "Healthy and Happy You," organized by the Stella Joyce Memorial Trust. This event served as a platform to connect school students with the renowned Psychotherapist cum Counsellor, Mrs. G. Rajalakshmi, creating an enriching experience for all attendees. The event commenced with great intense and passionate feeling as we had the esteemed presence of the honourable Executive Director of Ordnance Factory, Trichy, as the Chief Guest, and Mrs. Rajalakshmi, the Chief Speaker. Their wisdom and inspiring words set the tone for a day filled with learning, growth, and empowerment.

The Chief Guest's motivational speech struck a chord with the audience, igniting the spark of self-belief and confidence in the hearts of the young students. This was followed by an engaging eyes-breaking session, guided by Mrs. Rajalakshmi, where attendees explored techniques to overcome inner obstacles and embrace a healthy and happy mindset. The highlight of the event was Mrs. Rajalakshmi's captivating speech on "Healthy and Happy Mind," wherein she shared valuable insights on mental well-being and the importance of self-care. Her session left a profound impact on the participants, equipping them with essential tools to maintain emotional resilience and happiness.

Samuel Johnson, the founder of Stella Joyce Memorial Trust and the event's organizer, conducted a motivational session on "Chasing the Dream" for happiness. His passion and dedication to empowering young minds were evident throughout the event, leaving the attendees inspired to pursue their dreams with determination and perseverance. We are immensely grateful for the support extended by Lalgudi Iyarkai Viluthugal Trust and Ulavan Trust, whose contributions were instrumental in making this event a grand success. Lalgudi Iyarkai Viluthugal Trust provided assistance with master-of-ceremony, logistics, and banner arrangements, while Ulavan Trust contributed with dedicated volunteers from MAM Polytechnic College Trichy. The volunteers from Healthy and Happy team, Mrs. Dhavamani, Mrs. Balambigai and Mrs. Selvambigai graciously facilitated the program. 

The event venue, JSC Ordnance Factory Hall, Trichy, was beautifully decorated, creating an uplifting ambiance that resonated with the theme of the day. The audio systems and LED wall visual systems further enhanced the experience, captivating the audience throughout the event. The Photopark Trichy, and their talented team, led by Mr.Praveen, did a phenomenal job capturing every moment of the event through photography and videography. Their artistry immortalized the memories, allowing us to relive the essence of the day for years to come. The core objective of the event was to instill self-confidence, self-belief, and independence among the school students. We are proud to announce that students from Ordnance Factory higher secondary school and Kendriya Vidyalaya, H.A.P.P, benefitted immensely from this transformative experience.

The event culminated with a joyous lunch, fostering a sense of togetherness and celebration of the invaluable lessons learned throughout the day. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all attendees, speakers, supporters, and volunteers who made "Healthy and Happy You" a tremendous success. Together, we strive to create a brighter, healthier, and happier future for our young generation. Thank you for being a part of this extraordinary journey towards personal growth and well-being.
